Site Manager
This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.
About the Role
You will be the on-site lead, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. Your coordination of trades, materials, and site activity will keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations across residential and commercial builds
- Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, and materials to meet milestones
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance and site documentation
- Lead toolbox talks, site meetings, and progress reporting
- Conduct quality checks and resolve issues proactively
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers
About You
You are a capable site leader with strong planning skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing construction sites
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership abilities
- LBP certification advantageous
- Confidence using digital site management tools
- A proactive, safety-first mindset
