A bit about us…

We’ve been in business for over seven decades and are (a little bit) proud to share that through our values of integrity, responsibility, respect, and support, we’ve established a reputation as a leading construction company across the central and lower North Island.

We’re proudly employee-owned and have a purpose to build trust through great buildings, great people, and great relationships.

A bit about the role…

We’re looking for experienced Site Managers to join our Wellington team, helping to lead high-quality construction projects.

In these roles, you’ll be part of a respected site leadership team responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations — from subcontractor coordination and programme tracking, to site safety, quality control, and stakeholder communication.

You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and construction support teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects, while maintaining our high standards of workmanship, safety, and collaboration.

A bit about you…
  • Proven experience leading construction sites as a Site Manager
  • Commercial experience is an advantage
  • A strong understanding of NZ building codes, compliance, and H&S legislation
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Confidence with subcontractor management and on-site problem solving
  • A focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • A team-oriented approach with clear communication
  • A full NZ driver’s licence
What's in it for you?
  • Be part of a respected and employee-owned construction company known for its excellence and team-oriented culture
  • Career development opportunities
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team that values innovation, integrity, and mutual support
  • Contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference in the community
  • Experience a work environment where your skills and ideas are valued and nurtured

To express your interest, please apply today — we request a cover letter to accompany your CV so we can get a good feel for you.

Research shows that females and minority groups don’t always apply for roles unless they match 100% of the requirements. So, if this role is of interest but you feel you don’t quite fit, we encourage you to apply anyway. We are enriched by many nationalities, languages, religions, customs, and lifestyles.

We are proud of our diversity and see it as one of the things that make us better together.

We welcome applicants from all walks of life and appreciate the richness of experience that your point of difference will bring to our team.

We’re reviewing applications as we receive them, so don’t delay — apply today!

Note – pre-employment activities such as a drug screen, medical, ACC and criminal history checks may be required for successful candidates, to help support you on your health and wellness journey.
