Foh/bar supervisor(2ic) at highwater eatery
Highwater Eatery is an award-winning modern restaurant and wine bar on lower Cuba Street.
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Bar / Front of House Supervisor (2IC Manager) to join our team from January 2026.
(Please note: we’re closed from 25–28 December and 1–14 January for our annual summer break. We’re happy to start the right person in December 2025.)
About the Role
This is a full-time position (36–42 hours per week) working closely with the owners and Restaurant Manager.You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running and continued development of the venue, while being a leading figure for our small FOH team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous bar and front-of-house experience in a quality licensed restaurant or café
- Thrives in a busy, dynamic environment with a positive, professional outlook
- Can multitask naturally and deliver a high level of customer service
- Has solid knowledge of modern food, wine, and cocktails
- Is well-presented, motivated, reliable, and friendly
- Is available to work evenings and weekends
- Holds a Manager’s Certificate (advantageous but not essential)
