This role is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, can build strong relationships, and is confident in managing after-school routines in a calm and positive way.
We have been fortunate to work with wonderful nannies previously and place a high value on trust, consistency, and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities- Providing attentive, nurturing care in a safe and supportive home environment
- Managing school pickups and after-school routines including rippa/rugby practice, guitar lessons and alike.
- Preparing simple, nutritious snacks and lunchboxes for the children
- Preparing dinner five nights a week
- Supporting homework and school projects as needed
- Engaging the boys in age-appropriate activities (outdoor play, games, crafts, reading)
- Assisting with household tasks (e.g., tidying play areas, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms,
children's bedrooms, etc.)
The Ideal Candidate- Has previous nannying or childcare experience
- Is responsible, proactive, and warm by nature
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Holds a full driver’s licence
- Is comfortable working in a professional household
- Is flexible
- A welcoming, respectful family environment
- Flexible hours for the right person
