This leading Financial Services organisation, that is well established and values lead, has engaged us to search for the next Financial Controller.

As Financial Controller, you will report to the CFO and lead financial reporting and analysis, accounting operations, and deliver strategic insights to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

You will drive strategic initiatives and shape financial performance in a growing business.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead the accounting functions and finance operations
• Deliver timely financial reporting and variance analysis to the Executive Leadership team and the Board
• Manage financial systems, controls, audits, cash and capital management.
• A natural leader with a proven track record, you will continue to build team capability, succession planning, and a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• CA qualified 8+ years' experience years with experience of managing a team.
• Financial Service sector experience is required.
• Strong understanding of IFRS standards.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytical capability
