What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver top-notch service, every time.
- Run daily operations on the floor. Smooth, efficient, and customer-focused.
- Manage rosters, leave requests, and sick cover with ease.
- Train and support the team in service standards, POS systems, and customer engagement.
- Tackle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Ensure the space is clean, welcoming, and always looking its best.
- Work closely with kitchen and barista teams to maintain seamless service flow.
- Keep tabs on FOH supplies and manage stock ordering.
- Handle end-of-day cash-up and reconciliation with accuracy.
What You Bring: Proven experience in a FOH management or supervisor role (cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting).
Calm under pressure, friendly with customers, and confident leading a team.Excellent communication and people skills.
Highly organised and hands-on.
Barista experience is a plus but not essential.
