Customer service/Admin - Christchurch

Street Auto is a busy and growing automotive workshop based in Sydenham, Christchurch. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable person to join our team in a part-time office and admin role.

Hours:

Around 8:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (flexible for the right person)

Key Responsibilities:

General office and admin support
Customer service and phone enquiries
Invoicing and data entry
Managing bookings and workshop scheduling
Assisting with accounts payable/receivable

Filing, emails, and general daily tasks

What we're looking for:

Great communication and organizational skills
Experience with admin, bookkeeping, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
Confident using computers and basic accounting software

Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
