As his Sales Associate, you'll work closely with Des day-to-day, gaining real exposure to high-level real estate, systems, negotiations, and client management - learning first-hand what it takes to succeed at the top end of the industry.

Previous real estate or sales experience is not essential, however you must hold a valid Real Estate Licence to be eligible for this role.
