Receptionist (Motel) - Christchurch

This is a full-time, customer-facing role ideal for someone with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out using motel booking systems
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms (e.g., Booking.com)
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Process payments and issue invoices
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain records and reports accurately
- At least 2 years of relevant customer service or reception experience
- A minimum of Level 4 Certificate or higher is required
- Proficient in English; additional language skills an advantage
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, motel booking systems)
- Must be available to work weekends or public holidays as rostered
Hourly Pay Rate: NZD $24.00–$28.00 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent
