Rural Consultant

FMG has an exciting opportunity for Rural Consultants to join our Feilding-based National Advice and Service Centre.

About the Role:

As a Rural Consultant, you will:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of rural clients by discussing upcoming renewals, presenting risk management solutions, and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Collaborate with our Sales, Advice, and Service frontline team to deliver exceptional service across New Zealand.
• Engage with clients primarily over the phone.

This role is crucial to FMG's growth and involves being part of both a local team and a national channel.

• Exceptional customer service skills, particularly over the phone.
• Ability to learn and navigate different technology platforms, along with FMG's policies and procedures.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a never-ending commitment to the client.
• Drive to solve problems, achieve targets, embrace change, and stay calm under pressure.
• Inclusive and open mindset in line with our values.
• A rural background is advantageous but not necessary.
