The Role:
We’re looking for a committed and enthusiasticTeam Leaderto join our retail family atWellingtonAirportin aFull-Timecapacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.
- Flexibility is key! Ideally Sunday to Thursday roster- morning shifts 3:00AM to 12:00PM for example, splits available. With airport nature, changes can occur with delayed flights etc.
What You’ll Do: Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example
Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targetsMaintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team
Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting
- Confident communicator and motivator
Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
- A respectful and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
