About the Role We're looking for a confident, people-focused leader to guide our recruitment team. You'll oversee the end-to-end process for doctors—from their first role after graduation through to ongoing placements. It's a busy, rewarding role where you'll manage high volumes, build strong relationships, and make decisions that really matter.
You'll work closely with clinicians, unions, immigration, and regulatory bodies, providing advice and solving challenges along the way. If you enjoy variety, thrive under pressure, and want to make a real difference, this could be the perfect next step.
What You'll Bring- Experience leading a recruitment team or working as a senior consultant
- Strong admin skills and confidence with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage risk and juggle competing priorities
- Great communication skills—written, verbal, and presenting to groups
- Comfort working in a fast-changing environment
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in a professional setting
- Knowledge of NZ employment law and HR practices
