About the roles:

We are currently recruitingContract Administrators/Quantity Surveyorsat intermediate and senior levels to join established and growing construction teams across in South Australia. These roles are ideal for professionals with experience in commercial construction, looking to work on a variety of projects ranging from education, healthcare, and industrial to high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage head and subcontractor agreements
  • Process progress claims, variations, RFIs, and EOTs
  • Track project costs and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Contribute to procurement, tender reviews, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure contract compliance and manage risk
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and external consultants
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience in contract administration within the commercial construction sector
  • Solid understanding of Australian standard construction contracts (e.g., AS 4000 series)
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency with construction software and systems
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
