Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales & Marketing manager to join our team and improve our growth.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

 •  Driving the promotion of existing company services and the introduction of novel products to the market.
 •  Strategising budget analysis, annual budget planning, expenditure scheduling, and ensure company achievement of quotas and targets.
 •  Conducting comprehensive research to unearth marketing opportunities, grasp consumer demands, spot market trends, and propose system enhancements for meeting marketing objectives.
 •  Gathering, scrutinise, and synthesise market data and trends for report drafting purposes.
 •  Executing innovative sales plans and advertising initiatives.
 •  Overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and leadership of marketing and sales teams to meet human resource objectives.
 •  Fostering enduring relationships with key clients through regular visits, deep understanding of their needs, and anticipation of fresh marketing avenues.
 •  Staying at the forefront of industry advancements through active participation in educational events, conferences, workshops, ongoing publication review, and maintenance of robust personal and professional networks.

The successful candidate will align with the following:

 •  Have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
 •  Have at least 4 years experience in leading a team.
 •  Demonstrate a profound understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.
 •  Have a proven track record of creating initiatives and developing them into highly successful business revenues.
 •  Possess exceptional analytical, organisational, and inventive prowess.
 •  Exhibit outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service aptitudes.
 •  Display proficiency in data analysis and report composition.
 •  Exhibit a steadfast commitment to understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures.
 •  Show resilience and capability to excel under pressure.
 •  Business management experience is highly advantageous.
 •  A firm knowledge of Queenstown and the tourism industry here is also preferred.
