Qualifications & experience

Must have experience managing staff LCQ.
Managers certificate preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
To maintain a high level of service to all guests at all times
Excellent Communication Skills with a happy and positive attitude.
Ensure that Restaurant remains in an impeccable state of presentation
All opening and closing procedures and sequences of service are followed correctly
Shift supervisor in meeting Commercial targets.
Ensure Health and Safety is met at all levels
Extensive food and beverage knowledge with a focus on premium wines, beers, and spirits
Able to work evenings and weekends.
Excellent (and proven) people management skills with the ability to display strong leadership qualities.
