This is a key position reporting directly to the head brewer, assistant brewer.
Job Description:
This role entails assisting in running the day to day operations of the brewery and working closely with the Head Brewer and assistant brewer.
Applicant Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a commercial brewery of similar size.
Applicants with no prior experience will not be considered for the brewer position.

Fork Lift Licence preferred
Clean Drivers record
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Maintain a professional appearance
A willingness to learn, and be part of a small team.
Role:
Will encompass shifts in all aspects of the brewery.
• Wort Production
o Yeast harvest
o Yeast Propagation
• Cellar Work
o Dry hopping
o Finings
o Tank CIP
o Using centrifuge
• Packaging
o Canning
o Bottling
o Kegging
Compensation: Dependent upon experience
Job Roles
Your training will include but not be limited to:
You must be:
Able to lift heavy objects >65kg safely
Physically fit
Enjoy working outdoors
Able to legally work in NZ
