Stock levels, ordering supplies, and overseeing premise maintenance, planning and organizing special functions

 •  Financial management: pricing, planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets, maintaining financial transactions
 •  People management: recruiting new staff ifrequired, training and developing existing staff, motivating and encouraging staff to help achieve targets, co-ordinating staff scheduling and rosters; enforcing and educating staff on all appropriate policies, employment laws, security and safety procedures
 •  Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the café is complying with relevant health and safety regulations
 •  Ensuring high standards of customer service are observed at all times
 •  Handling customer complaints and queries if any.
