Road Safe Traffic Management was established in 2016, a family-oriented business, from humble and hardworking beginnings, today, we are a team of more then 60, our growing team and fleet of vehicles working on numerous roading, civil and event projects throughout Tauranga, Whakatane, Rotorua, Taupo and the wider Bay of Plenty.

About the role:
Our STMS roles are highly visible customer facing on-site operational leadership roles. This critical position provides leadership to the traffic management teams, ensuring the safety of teammates, the client’s employees, and the public whilst delivering best in class, quality, timely and profitable services.
About you:
• MUST hold qualified and current STMS qualification
• Committed to ensuring a high standard of traffic management is achieved on our sites
• Experience in roading industry
• Hold a current full Class 2 Licence (preferable)
• An ability to manage and audit multiple sites
• Ability and desire to coach and train on site staff to ensure a high level of traffic management is maintained
• Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the public

• Applicants for this position should currently be in New Zealand and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
