Workshop Administrator and Support Person

Cyclespot Auckland Group is seeking a motivated workshop administrator and support Person to be part of our service/ administration team.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a similar industry and be experienced in customer relations.

The successful applicant will have:

 •  Excellent communication skills.
 •  Good analytical skills.
 •  Attention to detail and excellent planning, and organisation skills.
 •  The ability to relate positively to customers, peers, and suppliers.
 •  An awareness of the health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
 •  The ability to work under pressure.
 •  Use and maintain computers to monitor daily operations.
 •  Utilise new systems or processes that are implemented by our brands
 •  Accuracy and an eye for detail.

Your key responsibilities:

 •  Responsible for the first point of contact within the Service Department for customer enquiries/bookings/emails/phone calls.
 •  Book in service work
 •  Build customer relationships and ensure that our customer experience and service is a priority.
 •  Respond to all customer questions and enquiries in a timely manner.
 •  Implement, communicate, and monitor customer satisfaction standards.
 •  Monitor the technician’s workflow, repair orders and ensure the brand standards are implemented.
 •  Follow all Branch policies and procedures.

This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.

Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, and pay rates will be reflective of skill & experience. Only applicants with a NZ drivers licence, NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa will be considered for this position.
