Support Workers

Support Workers:
 •  Make a real difference in your Community!
 •  Availability to work at least alternate weekends is essential.
 •  Must be flexible to travel within area.

We need committed Support Workers who are willing to support our clients to live independently in their own homes.

We’re looking for people with a desire to make a valuable and rewarding contribution to our communities by joining our team.

The remuneration for this role is between $23.38 and $29.10 gross per hour depending on experience and qualifications, plus mileage and travel time as per IBT legislation!

Responsibilities:
 •  Personal care - including showering, dressing and grooming
 •  Cleaning, meal preparation and shopping
 •  Supporting rehabilitation and independence in the home and community
 •  Providing a friendly and supportive service to our multi-cultural client base

Requirements:
 •  Reliable transport and a current FULL or RESTRICTED NZ drivers’ licence.
 •  Must be able to work at least alternate weekends.
 •  Genuine commitment to ongoing training in National NZQA certificates.
 •  Absolute honesty, reliability and integrity.
 •  You are eligible to work in New Zealand.

Qualification dependent plus In-between travel allowance and weekend working allowance.
