Our Client is seeking a dynamic Bid / Marketing / Social Media Manager to lead and enhance marketing initiatives and bid proposals. Based in Auckland CBD.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare bid proposals: Review requirements, delegate tasks, collaborate on strategy, design layouts, and organize content.
• Develop marketing strategies: Align with senior management, oversee social media communications, and drive innovation for expanded reach.
• Manage social media: Post regularly, attend sites for content creation, and enhance brand image across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Handle internal branding: Create and manage collateral such as company documents, newsletters, signage, brochures, case studies, and invites.
• Coordinate events: Organize client and internal events to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a bid/submissions coordinator/manager role or similar.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design skills across the Adobe Suite.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Social Media, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Energetic with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
