We Do Landscaping is growing business with a fantastic team culture of positive support. Our longstanding and much loved Designer and back office support "Maria" is moving on (going on safari for 3 months and house Reno after), so we are looking for our next superstar digital designer to support the continued expansion of our business into the Auckland North landscaping market.
We are based on the Hibiscus Coast, and service Auckland North through to Omaha (with the occasional job in central Auckland)
The role is simple digital landscape design from builder or council plans (or if we can get the DWG file), photos and video, and or site visits. The plans need to be as accurate as possible for the installation team, plants designated according to the sun/wind/soil preferences in consultation with our director.
The additional elements available to make the role more full time are, sourcing the plants from our list of preferred suppliers, quantifying the other elements of the design into a quote using our job management software, and communicating with clients.
Fergus is our Job management software, all the process of a clients lifecycle are visually trackable on the dashboard, the software is being used to consolidate multiple streams of communication into one place, e.g email, xero, WhatsApp, message. Some experience with Fergus or a similar software would be an advantage.
If you would prefer a simple designer role we can advertise for someone else to help with the office support roles.
Working from home is an option if you are able to communicate effectively by phone and email.
