Experienced leading hand drainlayer/ Operator sought to Lead a small crew of drainlayers and labourers.

Being a household name, this client is involved in all facets of the civil space including three waters, roading and land development.

About the Role:
On a day to day basis, this role will involve:
• Leading a small drainage crew
• Working in open cut trenches
• Working with 1400mm PE pipes that are 220m long
Skills and Experience:
This will not suit a residential or commercial plumber; experience within civil drainlaying is a must. Other key skills and capabilities include:
• Having led a small drainage crew on large infrastructure projects for at least 3-4 years
• Experience working in the trenches on civil construction sites
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to motivate, mentor, and guide the crew
• Good level of physical fitness
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
