We have a robust pipeline of work and are seeking a Site Manager to lead a crew of talented and passionate carpenters.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Site management experience.
• Previously worked on complex, high-end architectural homes in New Zealand.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, forms strong relationships with their team, clients, trades and architects.
• A drive to be the best in the business and a desire for continuous improvement.
We offer:
• Interesting, challenging, and rewarding work on high-end residential builds.
• You stay on one job from start to finish, roughly 50/50 on the tools and managing the site.
• Excellent leadership and a positive team environment where people own their work and strive for excellence.
• Work in stunning locations and weekends spent skiing, biking, fishing, hunting and exploring.
• Pay package based on experience including competitive salary, vehicle, phone and Southern Cross Health Insurance.
