Senate Nursing Bureau is New Zealand's leading and largest aged care agency; we take great pride in this with our dedicated office team working around the clock. Our staff are our priority. Having hundreds of staff throughout all New Zealand and growing daily, many of whom work full time hours.
Normally we can process applicants within a day once an interview is scheduled.

We specialise in providing all kinds of healthcare professionals to our clients in rest homes and hospitals within the community. This includes registered nurses, healthcare assistants/caregivers, support workers to name a few.

We are the preferred supplier for many of our clients meaning we get the shifts first!

As a Senate employee you call the shots of when you want to work and how much work you'd like, meaning you can work as little or as much as you wish.

If you'd like to become a member of our awesome Senate team the ideal skills and experience needed are;
 •  Experience working as a healthcare assistant or caregiver in NZ hospitals or community at a hospital level of care.(or hold a applicable qualification with experience overseas)
 •  Be reliable, motivated and have a warm, friendly and caring disposition dedicated to helping the elderly, vulnerable adults.
 •  Be confident in first aid, manual handling and infection control. Current certificates beneficial however not essential (be willing to attend our next training session)
 •  Reliable transport
