We are looking for a motivated and passionate sales associate to join our energetic and award-winning team. The Luxury Lifestyle Team with Scott McElhinney at Barfoot & Thompson Pukekohe is fast-paced, results-driven and customer-focused, and our team is highly respected in the local marketplace.

You will be supported by an equipped, capable and professional administration team who will assist you in all your administrative needs, including AML compliance, marketing management, client service and much more. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work directly with an award-winning lead agent with 17 years experience, and be given the tools, training and support you need to build upon your existing knowledge base.
The role of a sales associate is to actively work alongside Scott to assist with lead/ buyer nurture, database management, prospecting and facilitating the sale of properties.
The successful applicant will
• Hold a current Real Estate Sales License
• Have previous experience or is currently working in real estate sales
• Work well in a team and is also confident to work independently and under pressure
• Will be honest and professional in all their dealings with a high level of integrity
• Will be self-motivated to grow their business within the team by building their own clientele database and growing their network of buyers
• Be available to work full-time hours relevant to real estate work, including weekends and evening work
• Be well presented and have their own car and laptop
