Print Production All Rounder
Tauranga based modern communication provider with a busy digital print; mail processing and graphics center close to the central city requires an adaptable person that can work as part of our team.
If you have experience in print production or signage and graphics, or are interested in learning new skills in this sector we need YOU to be part of the action!
This full time role involves the operation of digital machines for printing, mail processing and print finishing along some customer service by phone, email and in person. We have a can do attitude and provide a fast turnaround service to our clients so a helpful attitude is a must.
We produce everything from business cards to posters displays and signs, undertaking some interesting projects around the city. We run a modern spacious operation with a wide variety of equipment along with a diverse list of retail and corporate clients the projects are varied and interesting.
You may be an experienced digital operator looking for that ''next step’’, or you may currently be in a similar production role in signage or even a designer wanting to get more hands on.
Good computer skills or experience with graphic production programs would be helpful, along with creative vision and problem solving ability. Accuracy with figures and a friendly manner to handle customer interactions are also required.
A person with good DIY skills plus experience working in a production environment could also be a good fit and with training and guidance assume greater responsibilities.
The graphics industry is constantly evolving so learning new skills and product handling for different projects keeps the job interesting.
