ABOUT THE ROLE
A new role will be created for a Senior Broker Support or Junior Insurance Broker. Your responsibilities will be:
• Collaborate with senior brokers to manage and expand client portfolios in the commercial insurance sector.
• Assist in analysing client needs, identifying risks, and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to the growth and development of our client base through proactive outreach and networking.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to enhance service delivery.
ABOUT YOU
• Demonstrated experience in commercial insurance, preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years in the field as a Broker Support or Junior Broker.
• Hold a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute to a growing business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Must work with integrity.
