We are looking for Support workers for our Flexi services in Palmerston North on a full-time contract.

Our flexible disability supports are personalised, so we work alongside individual disabled people whether they want help at home, or support getting out and about, or to achieve a goal. Your passion and commitment will help these young people achieve their potential and build a good life.
This is meaningful work with a range of different hours that could fit in with your existing sport, family or study commitments.

This is a busy and diverse role supporting people to do the things they want to do, such as getting into work, fitness activities, work around the home and garden, building social connections and learning life skills - the list is endless!

Who are we looking for? - Ko wai ta tatou e rapu ana:

 •  Good interpersonal skills
 •  Ability to get out into the community and positively support activities
 •  Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviours
 •  Experience working with youth is advantageous
 •  Availability to work a range of hours
 •  Full drivers' license essential and access to a vehicle is preferable
