**Position Overview:**

We are seeking experienced Civil Construction foreman to join our team. As a Civil Construction Foreman, you'll play a vital role in constructing and maintaining civil projects in the drainage and roading space. Your work will directly impact the safety and functionality of our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**
 •  Oversee and manage construction projects related to roads, drainage, retaining walls, kerb and channel, and footpaths.
 •  Coordinate work crews, equipment, and materials to ensure timely project completion.
 •  Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
 •  Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
 •  Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams.

**Qualifications:**
 •  **Licenses:** Minimum Class 1 driver's license required. Class 2 and/or WTR endorsements preferred.
 •  **Experience:**
 •  Proven experience in civil construction, with a focus on roads, paving, and drainage.
 •  Familiarity with 3 waters systems, including sewer and water main renewals.
 •  Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
 •  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 •  Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
