The Role
We're on the hunt for highly skilled managers with the potential to be future leaders of the company. If you feel like you've hit the ceiling in your current role or are looking for a change with rapid progression in hospitality then you've come to the right place.
You will learn everything you need to know to run a successful hospitality business with us.
The Pay
• Competitive pay and transparency in how to move up, fast! Starting on $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
• Opportunity to progress into a Team Leader role within 3 months at $30-$35 per hour
You will:
• Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
• Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members
• Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation
• Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
• Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line
Skills / Experience / What we are looking for
• Some management experience in a hospitality venue
• Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
• Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.
• A managers certificate or LCQ is preferred but not essential
• You're looking for a long term career in hospitality

This bustling bar in the heart of the Octagon prides itself on being the place to go for an after work beer to the place you meet your friends on a Friday night.

Cook Brothers Hospitality Group started in Dunedin in 2004, and we've been on an epic ride ever since. We have created some of New Zealand’s most beloved bars, restaurants and licensed burger joints, with outlets throughout the country which offer outstanding food and beverages delivered with warmth and hospitality.
