Key Purpose
• To manage and monitor a routine building maintenance plan that ensures maximum efficiency and utilises preventative maintenance on all buildings and building services.
• To co-ordinate sub-contractors and effectively lead any other staff where applicable, to achieve the desired results in terms of job completion, job specification, cost, and on-time completion.
• To ensure buildings and their services are compliant with regulatory standards.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned for completion by the Managing Director.
• To always work safely and efficiently
• To adhere to company policies and procedures
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
• Significant general building experience.
• Proven project & day-to-day planning skills
• Excellent organisational skills.
• High standard of workmanship
• Ability to manage a broad range of jobs with minimal supervision
• Reliable, dependable & punctual.
• Physically fit.
• High attention to detail & quality.
• Safety-conscious & concerned for well-being of others.
• Strong drive to achieve results and accept accountability for the delivery of results.
• High level of verbal & written communication skills.
• High personal & professional standards, self-motivated
• Ability to use own initiative and move between tasks as necessary.
• Work as an effective member of a team
• A positive can-do attitude
• Proven continuous improvement

• Repairs & manitenance of current buildings
• Site management - materials & labour
• Reporting
• Record-keeping
