• Place Candidates Into Positions
• Greet And Welcome Clients And Candidates As Needed
• Answer All Telephone And Email Queries
• Data Entry Of All Candidates Particulars
• Checking Compliance (E.G Visa Checks, Ministry Of Justice Checks & Driver Checks)
• Write Job Adverts For DKW Website, Trademe & Other Mediums
• Reference Checks
• Write Resumes For Candidates
• Follow The DKW Recruitment Group Processes
• Other Recruitment Duties As Required
To be successful for this role you need to be able to multitask, be organised and work as efficiently as you can. Having interviewing experience would be an advantage. This would suit someone who loves dealing with people and helping people find work in Dunedin and the surrounding areas and wants to help DKW Dunedin massively succeed.
You must be computer proficient and enjoy working and adhering to the company's processes and procedures.
Full training will be provided to the right person with the right attitude.
