We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Centralised Broker Support team based in our Ellerslie office. As Centralised Broker Support, you will primarily be responsible for Deals and Listing, supporting new and current brokers as well as providing administrative support.

Responsibilities include:
 •  Manage and convert leads into new listings
 •  Create new listings and verify AML documentation
 •  Send welcome communication and manage invoice creation
 •  Save required documents and communicate with brokers on Information Memorandum
 •  Create Sale and Purchase Agreement and update details
 •  Generate deposit slips and manage conditional clause dates
 •  Communicate with lawyers on deposit and payment disbursement
 •  Complete monthly data checks on broker revenues
 •  Prepare agenda for sales meetings and support Sales Manager
 •  Assist with planning LINK awards and events
 •  Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
 •  Manage stock and stationery
 •  Meet and greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain professional relationships
 •  Collate monthly franchise returns
 •  Assist Sales Manager as required
 •  Maintain Safety365 system and report updates to Operations Manager
 •  Discuss H&S at each sales meeting and complete quarterly checks

About You:
 •  Minimum 2 years of administration experience in related environment.
 •  Strong customer service ethic
 •  Proactive and uses initiative.
 •  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 •  Pride in workmanship, ability to work independently and unsupervised.
 •  Proficient in MS Office Suite and displays integrity and professionalism.
 •  Effective at prioritising and managing workload, excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
 •  Exposure to Microsoft CRM Dynamics (One.LINK).
