The Property Group Limited (TPG) is a locally owned property and RMA planning consultancy, bringing Kiwis together to build Aotearoa New Zealand for over two decades. With a wealth of knowledge to learn from and longstanding client relationships, TPG offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in property.
We have graduate property consultant roles available throughout the country, commencing in January 2025.

Our graduate development philosophy is built around great relationships and collaboration – we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share and are excited about the fresh ideas and perspectives our graduates bring. Our two-year programme provides TPG graduates with a breadth of exposure to our business and develops well-rounded consultants who can progress their career with us.

About our graduate roles

Our property consultancy team are a talented bunch. We have strong technical knowledge and property experience and are happy to share this expertise and passion with our developing property consultants. By joining our property team, you will contribute to important projects that impact all New Zealanders such as infrastructure, transport, housing, and education.
Our graduates get involved in a range of work including (but not limited to) liaising with clients, collaborating with our team on property projects, researching property data and delivering property strategies for private, local government and central government clients.

Eligibility and locations

To be eligible to apply, you will be a current or recent graduate (within the past two years). You will have an undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in property, or another relevant discipline such as business or commerce with a major or minor in property.
We have opportunities in our property consultancy teams in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch, and Nelson starting in January 2025.
