We're seeking a passionate Operations Manager to join our team of dedicated Angels. In this key role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Angel Delivery, reporting directly to our General Manager.
This role will involve varied activities, including:
• Managing and ordering of stock for our gifts, including meals, food items, flowers, and packaging
• Managing and rostering the small but mighty team who package and prepare our gifts
• Overseeing our warehouse and inwards good processes
• Staff training and development
• Site and equipment management
• Quantity control of inwards and outwards goods
This role will suit someone who is:
• Confident managing, motivating, and leading a small team
• Experienced in running day-to-day operations for a small-to-medium business
• Experienced in managing stock and warehousing of goods
• Organised, efficient, and good at planning and time-management
• Good at creating and executing systems and processes
• Thrives working in a fast-paced and busy environment with lots on the go
This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, based onsite at our Angel Delivery HQ in Kenepuru, Porirua. Our wonderful new Operations Manager will be available to start by 29 April.
