We are looking for a Service Deli & Seafood Manager with a passion for food who wants to bring our customers the very best in fresh food and meal solutions. You will get to use your creativity, organization skills and leadership to drive a dedicated team similar to running your own business.
You may be a current Deli / Seafood Manager or 2ic looking to take that next step. Maybe you are from the food industry and are looking for a change.
The Role:
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with a consistent exciting fresh food offer and availability through good stock control, ordering and production
• Developing and monitoring team members to ensure quality and productivity
• Ensuring Legislative compliance in Health & Safety and Food Safety to keep staff and customers safe
• Monitoring and driving financial performance of the department
We are looking for:
• Previous experience in the Food Service / Retail Industry
• A track record of providing the best customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous management / supervising experience of a small team preferred
• A positive ‘Lead by Example’ attitude and experience with food safety programmes
• Experience with SAP preferred but not essential
