What you'll do….
This is a Permanent Full-time position , Monday to Friday - 40 hours guaranteed.
You will work with a tight crew, including a team leader or supervisor. As a TIMG driver you will ensure your customers are supplied their bins on time with the strictest of confidentiality . You will be called upon from time to time to also assist our Information management team in the branch.
Being customer-focused, you will provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and relationships as you.
• Maintenance and general upkeep of company vehicle to a tidy standard
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling feedback from clients.
• Maintains exceptional health and safety, security, and compliance standards.
What we're looking for…
Some of the key things you'll need to perform this role successfully are:
• A current Class 2 driver's licence as a minimum, forklift certificate is desirable but not necessary
• You must be highly organised with navigational skills to manage your day-to-day run to completion
• You will need excellent interactive skills to engage with your customers to maintain the successful client relationships we pride ourselves on
• You will be physically fit as the role involves the handling of 240L wheelie bins full of paper
• You may be required to assist in the warehouse from time to time
• You must be able to pass Police, Medical, and Drug checks
