About the role
You'll be representing one of our Tech clients as a B2B Sales/Business Development Representative by conducting:
• B2B outbound outreach targeting ideal customer profiles with the aim to book qualified discovery sales meetings.
• Business Sales prospecting. You will be managing various sales leads from outbound to inbounds leads.
• Networking. Build rapport & nurture relationships with C-level prospects primarily within Singapore and Malaysia.
• Applicants for this role must possess excellent spoken English skills
• Utilizing various sales techniques & tools to identify business opportunities
• Start date: 6th of May (we are open to negotiate the date however if you have a notice period)
Remuneration & Working Hours:
• Base salary of NZ$55,000
• + NZ$5,000 yearly performance bonus
• + NZ$10,000 on target commissions (more for overperformance)!
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (FT). As you will also be covering the NZ + AUS market, your working hours would be 10AM - 6:30pm.

Who are you?
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must as you'll be interacting with different key decision-makers regularly.
• Previous experience in a Telemarketing & Sales role would be advantageous.
• Strong desire to build a career in Tech Sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and curious.
• Display a learning & growth mindset
• Hold a minimum of 2 years valid working visa OR hold a Resident Visa OR a New Zealand citizen.
