Casual or permanent hours available
• Clients recovering from injury, living with disability, managing illnesses
Florence Nightingale Agency provides care and support to people in need. Our clients live with a wide range of challenges through to achieving amazing accomplishments! Sometimes they need supports because they are unwell, recovering from an injury or just needing a bit more help.
Sometimes they need a companion or 'their person' to help them live their life and achieve their goals!
If you:
• are a support worker with homebased / community / disability support
• have your own car and driver licence,
• and want to give back / care for others then please apply.
We have regular shifts for clients who require assistance with personal cares and manual handling.
Monday: 8:30am-12:30, 8:00pm-8:30pm, 9:00pm-9:30pm
Tuesday 8:30am-9:30am, 8:00pm-8:30pm, 9:00pm-9:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am-9:30am, 8:00pm-8:30pm, 9:00pm-9:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am-9:30am, 8:00pm-8:30pm, 9:00pm-9:30pm
Friday: 8:30am-1:00pm, 8:00pm-8:30pm, 9:00pm-9:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am-9:30am, 8:00pm-8:30pm, 9:00pm-9:30pm
Sunday: 8:30am-9:30am, 8:00pm-8:30pm, 9:00pm-9:30pm
You may not be available to cover all the shifts times required, but we are open to hearing from anyone who can assist. For example, if you can cover the morning shifts on Tuesday - Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00pm- 9:30pm.
We also support other people in the area who require short term support and may need assistance with household management throughout the week.
Work shifts can be around an hour through to a full day or part days depending on the needs of the clients. We try to match clients and staff for a great positive relationship.
