Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Wholesale Funds Capital Raiser. In this role, you will be instrumental in securing wholesale funds to fuel our ambitious projects and drive growth. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Wolfbrook Capital.

Key Responsibilities:
 •  Identify and cultivate relationships with investors, family offices, and other wholesale fund sources.
 •  Develop and execute strategic fundraising initiatives to meet capital requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
 •  Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
 •  Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics to measure progress towards fundraising goals.
 •  Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitch decks, and investment materials to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects and clients
 •  Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal, and finance teams, to ensure alignment on fundraising strategies and objectives.
 •  Maintain accurate records of investor communications, commitments, and transactions.

Qualifications:
 •  Proven track record of success in sales and raising wholesale funds is preferred
 •  Strong network of investors, and other relevant contacts.
 •  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively.
 •  Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
 •  Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to perform financial modeling and analysis.
 •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
