About the role

Our Mosgiel dealership are seeking a Service Administrator to provide administrative support to the workshop to help deliver exceptional customer service. This role is focused on supporting our Service Manager and wider service team who provide technical servicing and repairs on a range of farm, vineyard and other heavy machinery.

You will liaise with customers to book jobs and assist with service related queries, draft quotes, process timesheets, and order repairs and warranties. You will also create purchase orders and work with the parts team to ensure the efficient supply of parts required for jobs.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator with the ability to work in a fast paced environment where teamwork and communication are paramount. You will be proactive, professional, and an expert in customer service.

You can demonstrate the following skills/experience:

 •  Demonstrated experience in an administrative position
 •  Experience in a service environment or closely related industry is highly desirable
 •  Strong information technology skills particularly in Microsoft Suite i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel
 •  Accurate and timely data entry when using databases and information systems
 •  Proven exceptional customer service skills
