About the Role:
We are searching for a talented Head Teacher who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth to lead our team into the future. We provide a wonderfully supportive culture across the whole region, and we are involved within our local community.Join BestStart in Taranaki and be part of our beautiful learning environment, complete with a kiwi big backyard and a tranquil atmosphere.
Here, children explore, learn, and develop an understanding of the world. We embrace teachers, children, families, and the community as if it were our home, nurturing everyone's strengths, and creating a sense of belonging and safety. Through this acceptance, our children gain the confidence to explore and discover the world.This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours, Monday to Friday

• Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard.
• Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality.
