Position: Store Manager
Location: Dunedin City Region
Working Hours: 9am - 10pm (Must have availability for Weekends)
Salary Range: $25 - $32 per hour
Commitment: 30 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale of alcohol.
• Monitor market trends and adjust product offerings accordingly to meet customer demand.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of liquor sales regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
