The Duty Manager needs to provide excellent customer service and fill duty manager shifts when required. Previous knowledge with Gaming and TAB operations would be beneficial but not essential.
Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Enjoys working with people and understands the importance of great service.
• A positive communicator
• A self starter who can think on their feet.
• A current Duty Manager License
