Role Description - Business Development Exec:

The Business Development Manager is a vital part of our team, focused on driving new customer growth and increasing revenue through SaaS subscriptions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing demand generation and account onboarding teams to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Prospecting: Engage and nurture prospects from our CRM to sign up.
  2.  Pipeline Management: Build a strong pipeline of potential customers through quick chats and demos (both in-person and via conference calls) to meet or exceed sign-up and sales targets.
  3.  Partnership Development & Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with entities that can recommend our services to their clients, such as accounting firms.
  4.  B2B Digital Outreach: Leverage B2B social platforms to connect with and guide prospects toward signing up.
  5.  Account Transition: Ensure detailed and accurate recording of account information in the CRM for a smooth transition to the onboarding team.

Key Result Areas:

 •  Revenue Growth: Drive subscription revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
 •  Digital and Phone Engagement: Use digital platforms and phone communication to engage with prospects.
 •  CRM Proficiency: Maintain accurate data on all interactions in Salesforce CRM to optimize the conversion of prospects to paying customers through daily updates and marketing journeys.

Performance Metrics:

 •  Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and scheduled demos to meet monthly new customer and subscription targets.
 •  Successfully conduct demos, in person or via conference call, to secure customer signups and facilitate a successful handover to the onboarding team.
 •  Engage with new partners to support the recommendation and sale of our services.
