About the Role’s
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident Painters who will be passionate in maintaining and developing our company’s culture, supporting our business, and making TW Painting an enjoyable place to work, and a great team to be a part of.
We are looking for Qualified or Experienced Painters to join our Taupo Team to undertake and co-ordinate painting projects ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
If you are qualified and want to take the next step in your career, we are also looking for a Painting Foreman. The primary objective of this role is to undertake and co-ordinate painting projects ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, that all health and safety compliance is met, and the team are managed effectively, meeting the needs of the company’s clients.
What do you need to succeed?
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in interior, exterior, residential, and commercial painting.
• Experience working on new builds and a variety of repaints.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of painting processes, products, and surface preparation.
• Have an eye for detail with a high standard of work.
• Project management or experience leading a team would be advantageous.
• Spraying experience is preferred but not essential.
• Current and clean Class 1 NZ Driver’s License
