Who would suit this role?
A highly organised, attentive and process driven person with loads of energy and initiative to fully take this role by the horns. Customer Service is at the heart of this role so it's important you're someone that enjoys helping customers.
What does the role entail?
This role reports into and supports the Branch Manager. You'll be responsible for a small team and will handle a range of tasks from welcoming visitors into the branch, handling inbound calls/emails, managing the completion of client paperwork, taking payments, updating/maintaining records and carrying out financial administration on a daily basis.
This is a fast paced role where no two days will be the same.
What do we need from you?
• A minimum of 3 years administrative or accounts experience under your belt and are now ready to take your career to the next level.
• Previous experience in any of the following would be beneficial- accounts administration; debtors/Creditors, Accounts payable, General Ledge reconciliations
• Computer literate with intermediate Word, Excel & data entry skills
• Legal right to work in NZ as defined by NZ Immigration
