 •  $35-42 p/hr for a Field Service Technician + Allowances

The Role:

We're on the lookout for someone who will be able to perform repairs mainly on mechanical battery electric and internal combustion Forklifts. This could include pre-delivery of new Forklifts, field based non-scheduled repairs, or undertaking service and repairs to customer owned Forklifts in line with OEM guidelines.

The Field Service Technician role requires a high level of customer service and work towards set KPIs.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with Material Handling Equipment experience or Auto Electrical, Diesel Mechanic trade qualification or hydraulics experience.

About You:

 •  Relevant Level 4 Qualification or no less than 3 years experience
 •  Willingness to learn, curiosity, and a passion for materials handling and heavy transport
 •  A relevant Trade Certificate - Heavy Equipment, Diesel Mechanic, Diesel Plant Fitting, Auto Electrics
 •  3+ years' relevant experience with service, repair, and maintenance
 •  A current Class 1 Drivers License - and the willingness to achieve your Class 2 - 5 once in the role
 •  Some knowledge of electrical forklifts and battery-operated equipment would be a bonus
