Summary:
This position is responsible for packing, moving household goods for Out of Town and local client pick-ups and deliveries as well as cleaning vacated the property
• First aid training provided
• Pathways available into permanent as well as management positions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete out of town tasks as directed by the SMM manager.
• Pack and unpack items in an organized and efficient manner.
• Provide an efficient, safe, and quality cleaning service in the homes
• Lift, carry, and load furniture into trucks / vans for transport to and from client locations, including up and down stairs.
• Deliver and set-up furniture and effects inside client homes, as required/requested within committed time frames.
• Demonstrate the ability to protect all client furniture from damage through established best practices.
Qualifications:
• High level of cleanliness and history of cleaning work preferred
• Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move items on a regular basis and operate moving equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and/or with a team, exercise good judgment, and sound decision-making required.
